QHF-2009 Horizontal Continuous Auto-foaming Production Line can change the foaming materials without turning off, the flow is automatically checked. The allowable error of large material is 0.01 to 0.03 kg, the allowable error of small material is 1 to 3 g. This machine is mostly used for producing Britain high resilience foams, slow resilience foam for shoes, electric foams, brassiere cotton etc. The anti-yellowing degree can reach 3 to 5 grade of national standard, hardness is 20 º to 200 º , powder amount can be 10% to 250%, the mimimum foam density is 6 to 100.
